 The Covenant Apostolic Ministries International started in a sitting room over years ago. It later moved into a nearby school in the vicinity. It was at this school that a message on our last location before the new location (church land) was received. With the pastor. his wife, son, brother-in-law and two other children, they started worship at 20, Adigun Street, Ijaye-Ojokoro, Lagos.
Like a drop of water that makes a mighty ocean, the membership started to grow in number. Year 2000 was officially adopted as the year of establishment.
The four years thereafter was quite tasking for the body of Christ, as much trials and tribulations were faced. These, were subdued because of the promises of God that He kept with his people.
Perhaps, special mention must be made about the landlady that owned the land on which planks were built as a sanctuary in Adigun Street, whom, one of her children refused to collect any form of rent from the church for the period spent on the land. There is a prayer for them that "May they be counted worthy in heaven as good servants that traded their possession on earth for eternity"
After the 2005 thanksgiving service, God fulfilled his age long covenant by purchasing for the church a plot of land on which the church is presently worshipping.
His faithfulness has been limitless in people's life, family and business.
